How Can I Delete My Account?

In case you need to permanently delete your account and all the related information please open this page https://merchant.apidrop.com/settings/termination and complete the deletion procedure.

It will permanently delete:

All orders from your ApiDrop account (not from your ecommerce platform)

All additional information about your account

All reference and connection to your ecommerce platform (we can't unistall the ApiDrop app on your behalf).

Please note that some basic information will be preserved (e.g. the IP that pressed the cancellation button) for security measure.
